When you choose our rug concierge service, you can expect a personalized experience tailored to your unique preferences and requirements. The process typically takes 2-4 weeks in total, although this depends on a number of factors. We will not stop until we've found the perfect rug for you, so we do not guarantee a hard timeline beyond sending the initial selections to you within 10 days.
Yes! We believe this service makes a wonderful gift for newly married couples, new homeowners, or new parents to commemorate these happy and significant events (they are also very traditional reasons why Oriental rugs are made in the first place!). Please indicate on the form that you are purchasing the service for someone else and we will coordinate the gift message and timing with you.
We are confident you will love your rug – we will ensure you have all the details before the rug ships, including photos in multiple types of lighting. In the unusual event the rug truly does not work in your space, we accept returns minus a restocking fee.
