Description
Manzara means landscape or scenery; it's used to describe the view in a natural environment (Turkish).
This beautiful flat-woven kilim from Uşak in Turkey features a simple but pleasing design. The distinctive stair-like blue border is the life steps motif, reflecting on how life doesn't always follow a straight path but always moves forward. In the center of the rug is the motif of the woman with hands on her hips, symbolizing the strength of the feminine.
Exact size: 43.25 x 64 inches.
